Introduction
i30 Builders ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website or use our services.
Information We Collect
We may collect information about you in various ways:
- —Personal Data: Name, email address, phone number, and mailing address when you fill out our contact forms or request a quote.
- —Project Information: Details about your construction or remodeling project that you provide to us.
- —Usage Data: Information about how you access and use our website, including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on pages.
- —Cookies: Small data files stored on your device to improve your browsing experience.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- —Respond to your inquiries and provide customer service
- —Provide project estimates and schedule consultations
- —Send you updates about our services (with your consent)
- —Improve our website and services
- —Comply with legal obligations
Information Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our website and conducting our business, subject to confidentiality agreements.
Third-Party Services We Use
The following third-party services run on our website. Each is named so you know who receives what data and where to manage opt-outs.
- —Google Analytics 4 & Google Ads (policies.google.com/privacy) — aggregate page-view, traffic-source, and conversion data. Personal identifiers are not deliberately sent. Opt out via the Google Analytics opt-out add-on or by declining cookies on first visit.
- —Meta (Facebook) Pixel & Conversions API (facebook.com/about/privacy) — used to measure ad effectiveness when you arrive from a Facebook or Instagram ad. Hashed contact data may be sent server-to-server when you submit a form. Opt out via your Facebook ad preferences or by declining cookies on first visit.
- —Acorn Finance (acornfinance.com/privacy) — third-party financing marketplace we link to from our financing page. If you apply, you do so on Acorn’s site under their privacy practices, not ours.
- —Resend (resend.com/legal/privacy-policy) — delivers our internal lead notifications and the confirmation email we send you after a form submission. Resend processes only the contact details you submit and is bound by data-processing terms with us.
- —Vercel (vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy) — hosts our website and processes request logs (IP, user-agent) for security and operational purposes.
Cookie Categories
Our site uses two categories of cookies. The cookie banner that appears on first visit lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies.
- —Strictly necessary: session, security, and consent-state cookies (including
tracking_consent) required for the site to function. These cannot be disabled. - —Analytics & advertising: cookies set by Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Pixel to measure traffic and ad performance. Loaded only after you accept on the cookie banner.
Your California / EU Rights
If you are a California (CCPA/CPRA) or European Economic Area / UK (GDPR) resident, you have the right to:
- —Know what categories of personal information we have collected about you
- —Request a copy of that information
- —Request correction of inaccurate information
- —Request deletion of your personal information
- —Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell, but Meta Pixel and Google Ads may be considered "sharing" under CPRA — declining the cookie banner exercises this right)
- —Limit the use of sensitive personal information
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We will verify your identity before responding and reply within 45 days as required by law.
Data Retention
Lead form submissions are retained in our internal email and CRM systems for as long as an active project relationship exists, plus up to seven years thereafter to comply with tax, warranty, and contractual record-keeping obligations. Analytics data is retained per Google’s and Meta’s default retention windows (currently 14 months for GA4 and 180 days for Meta Pixel events).
Data Security
We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- —Access the personal information we hold about you
- —Request correction of inaccurate information
- —Request deletion of your personal information
- —Opt out of marketing communications

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these external sites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any personal information.
